Shipping

We offer USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail Shipping. Shipping transit time is based on the number of business days in transit and does not include weekends nor holidays. Your order will be shipped the next day after production is finished.

Orders sent to wrong addresses provided by the customer might incur in unexpected shipping and handling fees. Please make sure you provide the right address as all fees will be covered by the customer.

Orders sent to the wrong address on our end will be shipped to the right address at no extra cost.

Production Turn Around Time

Prints That Sell's standard turnaround depends on the item or service ordered; if you do not specify otherwise you will be charged for standard turnaround for the relevant product.

Turnaround times do not include shipping time. The estimated date you will receive your order is a combination of the selected turnaround time and shipping time. Once your order is placed your turnaround time generally cannot be changed and billing charges will not be reversed.

Orders that do not need artwork approval, received and paid after 2:00PM EST will begin production on the next day which is the day after the order is received and paid. Order receive date is "Day Zero".
Orders that need artwork creation, received and paid after 4:00PM EST will begin production of artwork on the next day which is the day after the order is received.

Please note: Turnaround times for jobs that Prints That Sell does not deem production ready (e.g., those with problems or that require a proof) or jobs that include a custom artwork, will not begin until the artwork is approved and ready for production.

Over/Under Runs

Although we endeavor to ship the quantity ordered, Prints That Sell reserves the right to provide within 10% over or under the requested quantity. If a minimum quantity is a necessity we recommend that you adjust the total quantity ordered to account for the possibility of an under run.
